Sista chansen att se Albins surrealistiska drömmanifestationer

Albin Werle på Konstapoteket
Utställningen består av skulpturer och installationer. Deformerade hästar möter en mystisk svamporganism i en karg fantasivärld. Beskåda klumplampan och solenergiskulpturen till ljudet av en porlande plastfontän.
Albin Werle är konstnär och scenograf. Han har tidigare arbetat med att rita kartor över sitt undermedvetna, gräva ner skattkistor och bygga spökhus.
Konstapoteket är öppet på Mån, Tis och Tors kl14 to 19, på sondagar kl14 to 18

Finissage
On Tuesday 24th April there will be a Finissage of Mother Wolf – work in progress
This work, in part is my response to how humankind chooses to transfer such constructed human traits as evil and vengefulness onto wild animals and continues to use them as scapegoats, whilst choosing to ignore their own actions towards one another.
The work is still ‘in progress’, I have been progressing and realising this series through the process of drawing and then the transferance of these drawings to drypoint etchings, these have led on to some sculptural work which is still in progress and will be exhibited in the Autumn.
The finnisage will begin at 6pm with music from old 78’s (Stenkakor) and refreshments

We had a cosy time drinking Latvian vodka and tea, I’m continuing to work on the large wolf sketches and tail prints, these will be finished in time for the ‘Kväll Finissage’ on Sunday 22nd April

An ongoing project from geraldine hudson, here is a chance to look at some of the work and ideas from this project, using an artists book from 2006 as a starting point, the main idea behind this project started in December and will be taking up most of the spring, with a final show of the work in autumn.
